Q Who is eligible for services?
A Services are available to everyone, without discrimination, regardless of income. Call (860) 223-9291 for intake information.

Q What about cost?
A The Counseling Program at FSCC offers individual payment plans based on: Private Insurance, Medicaid / Medicare / HUSKY, Managed Care Insurance, and Cash fee determined by level of income

Q What makes the FSCC Counseling Program unique?
A Family Services, a nationally accredited agency, has been helping families for over 100 years. We are state-licensed as an Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Abuse Clinic.
