Empowering People for Success (EPS)

We assist families who are transitioning from welfare to work. Outreach and case management services are provided under the auspices of the Connecticut Council of Family Service Agencies to locate and assist the people who are referred by the Department of Labor and the Department of Social Services. The team members work non-traditional hours. They assess the consumer’s situation, identify barriers to employment, help develop action plans and budgets, and refer to specific services for additional assistance.
