Young Parents

This program provides case-management services to parenting school aged adolescents in the following areas:

• Parent Educational Classes
• Casemanagement
• Psychotherapy
• Transportation

Why is this program unique?
The program services are offered in a home-like style environment where adolescents feel safe, supported and are encouraged to achieve their full potential as individuals and parents. A close working relationship with the school system ensures smooth transitions to and from the sending school in order to promote high school education completion.

Who is eligible for services?
All teens in their second or third trimester of pregnancy who attend school in the Greater New Britain area.
